Qualifications and Experience 
• BCom Finance

To lead the human resource strategy and deliver on business objectives ensuring sustainable human capital and business transformation. Provide advice in all aspects of human resource management.
• Industrial Psychology and Sociology (Hons) or other relevant University degree is required
• Young solution-driven and goal-orientated manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in the engineering/mining industry, managing the full Human Resources cycle. 
• Solid experience in Industrial Relations and negotiations.
